We started BJONDE･ because we believed there had to be a better way. What if companies could access senior, vetted engineering talent quickly, with flexible engagement models, and with someone accountable for the outcome?
That's what we built. BJONDE･ is not a marketplace where anyone can sign up. We carefully select senior engineers, vet their skills thoroughly, and match them with projects where they can deliver real value. We stay involved throughout the engagement, ensuring quality and addressing issues before they become problems.
The name BJONDE･ Pronounced "be-yond", reflects our philosophy: going beyond the limitations of traditional hiring, beyond the inconsistency of freelance marketplaces, beyond the overhead of building in-house teams. We help companies build beyond their current bandwidth with talent they can trust.
